Air Conditioning
The rooms and common areas of Villa My Garden are air-conditioned during the summer season. The individual control in your room is provided for your comfort. To ensure efficient operation of the air conditioning system, please keep the windows closed. For more details, please refer to the “Temperature Control” section.
Allergen-Free Meals
Our allergen chart provides detailed information about ingredients in our dishes that may cause allergies or intolerances. If you have any special dietary requests, please inform our staff either at the time of booking, upon arrival, or in the restaurant.
ATM
The nearest ATM is located at Kiss Ernő u. 1, Zamárdi (1200 m).
Baby Cot
Travel cot for small children, available in designated rooms. Please indicate your request in advance when booking or during your stay at the Reception.
Baby Equipment
For guests arriving with children, we can provide the following equipment free of charge: travel cot, baby bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer, changing table, kettle, and high chair in the restaurant. Please indicate your request in advance when booking or during your stay at the Reception.
Bank Cards
In addition to cash payment, payment by debit/credit card is also possible. Accepted cards: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, OTP, MBH, K&H Széchenyi Recreation Card.
Bathroom Facilities
Shower and toilet or bathtub and toilet, protective screen, washbasin, washable bath mat, proper lighting at the washbasin, mirror with free socket, towel rack, storage space, toothbrush glass, soap, shower gel, spare toilet paper, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, waste bin.
Bed Linen Change
Our staff changes bed linen weekly (for stays of at least 7 nights).

Single beds: 80 × 190 cm, double beds: 160 × 190 cm.
Beverage Offer at Villa My Garden
A mini bar is available at the Reception, where alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks can be purchased during Reception opening hours.
Bill Payment
Your bill can also be settled the evening before departure, helping you avoid waiting during busy morning hours. The invoice includes all services used up to that point and their respective charges. If you require a company invoice, please indicate this in advance when booking.
Breakfast
Buffet breakfast is available in the ground-floor restaurant of Villa My Garden every day from 07:30 to 10:00. Please arrange any special dietary requirements or requests in advance with our staff.
Bus Services
According to the current MÁV-VOLÁN timetable. Please inquire at the Reception.

CCTV System
A security camera system operates in the common areas of Villa My Garden.
Check-in
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early check-in is available for an additional fee, subject to availability, at the Reception.
Since September 1, 2021, accommodation providers in Hungary are required by law to record the personal data of all guests upon arrival, either with a document scanner or manually.
According to the regulation (Act CLVI of 2016 on the state tasks related to the development of tourist areas), in the case of guests under the age of 14, the accommodation provider may record the required personal data based on the declaration of their representative (e.g. parent or guardian).
If the reservation is cancelled due to legal requirements (e.g. lack of identification documents), the cancellation terms stated in the confirmation apply.

Rooms are available until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. For details regarding late check-out, please see above.
Children’s Bed
Please indicate your request in advance when booking or during your stay at the Reception.
Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned daily between 9:00 and 15:00. Guests may indicate their cleaning request by placing the “Please clean the room!” sign on the door handle. The “Do Not Disturb!” sign indicates that no daily cleaning is requested.
Comfortable Seating
Available at the reception area and in the upstairs common lounge.
Community TV
Available at the reception area; please request the remote control at the Reception.
Complaints
If you have any complaints or comments, please contact the Reception during your stay so that we can resolve any issues or requests as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
Compensation
Any damage caused negligently or intentionally will be charged to the responsible guest by the accommodation.

Currency Exchange
Currency exchange is not available on site; however, payment in EUR is accepted. For information about currency exchange options, please inquire at the Reception.
Deep Cleaning of Mattresses
Our mattresses are cleaned annually using a chemical-free deep-cleaning process with the patented Delphin device from Tisztaszoba.hu.

Departure / Check-out
On the day of departure, the room is available until 10:00 AM. For a smoother check-out process, it is also possible to settle your bill the evening before departure. Information regarding late check-out can be found in the relevant section.
Dietary and Vegetarian Meals
Please indicate your request in advance when booking or during your stay at the Reception. For special requests (dietary requirements, vegetarian meals), please ask for assistance at the Villa My Garden restaurant.
Do Not Disturb
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside door handle.

Door
When leaving your room, please make sure that the door is properly closed. Simply pulling the door shut is sufficient.

Electricity
230V power supply is available. In the rooms, the room key cards must be inserted into the wall unit for the system to operate. The in-room electrical system does not support high-power electrical devices.

As indicated on the evacuation route displayed on the inside of your room door.

Extra Bed
Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Extra beds are available in limited numbers in designated rooms only. Please indicate your request in advance when booking or during your stay at the Reception.

Fire Safety
The safety of our guests is ensured by an automated fire alarm system and fire extinguishers located on each floor.
As soon as you hear the alarm siren, please follow the instructions of our staff and the evacuation route shown on the fire safety plan displayed inside your room door in order to leave the building.
If you notice a fire, please report it immediately to the Reception.
Manual fire alarms should only be used in case of real emergency (fire or smoke). The cost of any false alarm will be charged to the guest.
First Aid
A first aid station equipped with a first aid kit is available at the Reception of Villa My Garden on the ground floor. If needed, please contact our staff at +36 30 1234 231.
Garden with Outdoor Furniture
Garden furniture is available in the garden behind the building.
Gift Voucher
Give the gift of relaxation and unforgettable experiences by surprising your loved ones with a gift voucher, available for purchase on our website.
Gluten Intolerance
We can provide a gluten-free buffet breakfast; however, due to possible cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment, as food is not prepared in a separate kitchen.

On-site, please ask our staff for assistance in selecting suitable dishes.
Guest
Guests under the age of 18 may only use the services of the accommodation when accompanied by a parent or another legally competent adult authorized by them.

Free wireless (Wi-Fi) internet is available in both public areas and guest rooms. The login password will be provided upon arrival at the Reception (in the key card holder).

In accordance with current fire safety regulations, the use of irons in guest rooms, along with any other fire-hazardous activities, is strictly prohibited.

Loyalty Program
Villa My Garden is part of the Hilaris Hotels hotel chain, so our guests can join the Hilaris Hotels loyalty program via the Villa My Garden website or the Hilaris Hotels website.
Lost Items
If you have lost any valuables, please contact the Reception.
Lost and Found
Found items should be handed in at the Reception, where they will be registered. Items suitable for storage are kept by the accommodation for 1 month.
Luggage Storage / Luggage Room
Please contact the Reception with your request.
Magnetic Card
Room doors operate with a magnetic card. By holding the card to the reader on the lock, you can enter the room.
Once inside, the card must be placed into the wall unit by the door to activate the room’s electricity supply.
Upon departure, please return the card to the Reception. A fee may be charged for lost or unreturned cards.
Maintenance Service
Please report any faults immediately at the Reception. For further information, please call the Reception.
Mattress Protector
The beds in the rooms are fitted with hygienic mattress protectors.
Mini Bar
Refreshments and snacks can be purchased from the mini bar at the Reception. Please contact our Reception staff.

Parking
Free, unattended parking spaces are available for guests on the property of the accommodation, on a first-come, first-served basis.
We do not take responsibility for vehicles parked in the parking area.
Additional parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Payment can be made in cash (HUF, EUR), by debit/credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard), Széchenyi Recreation Card (OTP, MBH, K&H), as well as with gift vouchers and value vouchers issued by Villa My Garden or Hilaris Hotels.
Pets (Dogs, Cats)
Villa My Garden accepts a limited number of pets for an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of booking for further details.
Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is located in the center of Zamárdi. You can inquire about its opening hours at our Reception.
Pillow
The pillows are fitted with hygienic pillow covers.

Reception
Our Reception is open from 14:30 to 23:00; outside these hours, our staff can be reached by phone 24/7 if necessary.

Room General Equipment
Individually controlled air conditioning, television, Wi-Fi access, refrigerator, hanging and shelving storage, sufficient number of coat hangers, separate hooks/clothes hangers, dressing mirror, writing surface, bedside table, accessible power outlets in the room and by the bed, room lighting, reading lamp, one upholstered chair per guest, waste bin, bathroom with shower or bathtub. Blackout is provided by shutters.

For your safety, please always lock your room door when sleeping or leaving the room. The common areas of Villa My Garden are monitored by security cameras.

Shower gel is provided in the shower.
Smoking
In accordance with legal regulations, the entire area of Villa My Garden is non-smoking, including balconies and terraces.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas.
The cost of additional cleaning due to smoking will be charged to the responsible guest.
In the event that the fire alarm is triggered by smoking, the fire brigade call-out fee will also be charged to the responsible guest.
Snack
A mini bar is available at the Reception, where alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks can be purchased during Reception opening hours.

Phone use is subject to a fee. The accommodation will automatically charge the cost of calls, plus a surcharge based on the rates of the telecommunications provider, to the guest’s room account.

All our rooms are equipped with a television. Our channel selection can be found in the information guide placed next to the TV.
Temperature Control
Using the room thermostats, the temperature can be adjusted up or down (+/–) from the default setting.
In addition, the intensity of the air flow can also be adjusted.
Terrace with Seating Furniture
A terrace with seating furniture is available in the garden behind the building.
Toothbrush and Toothpaste
Guests can purchase a new, individually packaged toothbrush and toothpaste at the Reception. Please contact the Reception if needed.

Towel
White in-room towels are provided.
Towels are changed every 3 days. Daily towel change is available upon request if clearly indicated after use (by placing the towel on the floor).
Vegetarian Meals
The buffet selection includes vegetarian dishes. If you do not find anything suitable, please contact our restaurant staff.
